Abidjan - Paris.

West Africa faces a housing deficit measured in millions of units, and a fast-growing middle class in search of tangible assets. Between direct ownership, concentrated and loosely governed, and funds reserved for institutional investors, no intermediate offering organised access to this asset class.

Havilah Developments was born from this observation, after fifteen years of real estate development and asset management between West Africa and France. The vehicle the market was calling for did not exist. So we built it.
